Just had the sudden thought of the usefulness of peer evaluation
First, what is the usefulness of peer evaluation? It puts free riders to justice but when the tutor ask us to submit it in private nt letting your group mate catch any glimpse of it. I feel that this is not teaching us to deal with the matter but instead made some people to become silent backstabbers.
If truely there is a free rider in the grp. The whole grp should meet with the tutor to discuss instead of silently handing up the form.
What if someone put u down in the evaluation when in fact u have been the one doing everything? Then arent you been given the injustice? You get lower grades without even knowing why
Peer evaluation is crap

“
You are good. But it is not enough just to be good. You must be good for something. You must contribute good to the world. The world must be a better place for your presence. And the good that is in you must be spread to others.” - Gordon Hinckley

“A soulmate is someone who has locks that fit our keys, and keys to fit our locks. When we feel safe enough to open the locks, our truest selves step out and we can be completely and honestly who we are; we can be loved for who we are and not for who we’re pretending to be. Each unveils the best part of the other. No matter what else goes wrong around us, with that one person we’re safe in our own paradise. Our soulmate is someone who shares our deepest longings, our sense of direction. When we’re two balloons, and together our direction is up, chances are we’ve found the right person. Our soulmate is the one who makes life come to life.” — Richard Bach
